Have you ever tried Keto diet? Would you recommend it to others?

Keto Diet - Is avoiding Intake of Glucose Directly and let the body Produce Glucose. It's Basically designed to Avoid Intake of Refined Sugar and Carbohydrates.

It's highly Difficult to Maintain Keto diet and feels not so comfortable for me. I'm not addicted to Rice and I cannot go a Day without a Bowl of Rice😏✌️.

I've tried it, and I honestly don't think it's very healthy. There are a lot of side effects such as hairloss and fatigue

I have tried Keto, and I would recommend it. It basically promotes avoiding sugar, also in the form of carbs which convert to sugar. Sugar is the cause for so many diseases- even something as severe as Cancer since cancer cells feed on blood sugar! It helped me with my PCOD issue as well- as that condition is also related to your eating habits and weight problem. However, one should be careful about proper vegetable intake while on Keto. Also, it shouldn't become a life long thing. You should do Keto in intervals.

I don't know about Keto diet. But i did try GM diet. It helped me lose a lot of weight. But it is not recommended for long term. Better to consult an expert before any diet.

Yes I’ve tried it. No I don’t recommend it. Just do a moderate caloric restriction and you’ll lose weight more sustainably.

I have to admit, I've never tried it. However I don't believe in diets. If you can't do this for the rest of your life, how good is it.

I do believe in a change of lifestyle. It's something that's best done slowly, over a long period of time. This helps you to sustain the healthy changes.

For me, I did not try KETO DIET.. IF you want to become slim and healthy, keep a HEALTHY LIVING, have some DISCIPLINE, and maintain to have an EXERCISE daily. DO not deprived yourself to eat what you wanted to eat.
