1.Always Keep Your Room Dark while Sleeping. I don't sleep even if there is small amount of Light from Street.
2. Away from Sound - Small amounts of Sound like Bus and car Sounds are Ok. But if are near to Train Station and Metro then it's Going to be Hard time.
3. Keep Your Phone Away😉😉 . Blue Ray's from Phone is Harmful and Disturbs Sleep.
4. Don't Sleep During Day time.
5. Limit Your Caffine Intake.
6. Sleep In Proper Position.
7. Eat Curd🤩😅😅.
8. Maintain Consistency in Sleeping Time.
9. Excercise Morning and in the Evening.
10. Take Evening Hot Water Shower.
11. There is a Saying " A Person Who does not Worry about anything will Sleep Happily even in Crowded Market " So Stop Thinking During Sleep😊

Don't think about work.
I know that sometimes it's hard not to think about stuff at work but that's the best thing you can do to sleep. There is no reason to think about that when you are at home in bed because you can't do anything from bed.
Also, when in the bedroom, turn off the TV and your mobile phone! It doesn't help you fall asleep. Especially if you are struggling to fall asleep.
Eat your last meal 2.5 hour before bed.
Exercise in the Afternoon or evening.
Turn off all electronics/TVs an hour before bed.
Take a warm shower/bath
Read for 30 minutes
Relax, breath in count of 4 & hold, blow out mouth count of 4 Repeat
Listen to Sleep Music at 432hz
Read a boring book talking about some famous politician's political career
I try to do workout make my body physically tired and listen to music before going to sleep.
Just do not try hard to sleep.
Work hard whole day
Do not sleep in day time
Watch a boring movie. (stay near to your bed =) )
