When you think of the "internet" what is your first memory or interaction?

I always remember Dial-up Internet access with it's sound. I could go online usually after 5 minutes.. It was 1996.. That was good old days..

First memory - Recharge my phone with a ₹25/day internet pack just to download wallpapers and ringtones from Airtel store. ( Good old days)

fantastic thing it is... what brilliant brains at work to keep changing the world.. for better or for worse..!!!

first thing i did when i got to know about internet was to send an email to my friend in USA... this was when internet was available only in our software engineering class labs..!!!

I was in a early AOL chatroom back in the mid 90's and they had like this room where you could like walk around in some area as a cartoon character looking person and as you went up to other people you could talk to them, was pretty strange.

My earliest memory of the internet is connecting to the university gateway via the WinSock proxy and using Pine for email.

The first thought come in my mind is " I am ALIVE"

Now a days we feel so deadly if we don't have internet on our mobiles or computers. As many things are depending on Internet
