Why do you exercise?

Exercise increases blood flow to the brain and stimulates increases in brain mass, particularly in the hippocampus - an area of the brain critically important in memory and reasoning. Maintaining brain mass as you age can help prevent or slow down cognitive deficits and dementia.

I do exercise because it would help to build aerobic power, also it reduces blood pressure, maintains immune functioning, reduces body fat keeps my bones strong and improves my breathing.

Exercise  can help  you  look better. ... In fact,  exercise  can help keep your body at a healthy weight.  Exercise  helps people lose weight and lower the risk of some diseases. Exercising  regularly decreases a person's risk of developing certain diseases, including obesity, type 2 diabetes, and high blood pressure. Other reasons are discussed below in the picture

Image is clearly everything for many adults. It seems that people are not primarily concerned about damaging their body as long as they look good. But not me, i always make my exercise daily.

I really like to stay fit and healthy. I am not someone who likea to just sit and watch tv all day. I need to do something. With the years beginning to catch up on me I really believe that the only way to stay healthy is to get the sweat out.

You exercise to stay fit so you can stay alive as long as possible, but also to find a mate you want to be your best self and the more fit you are the easier it is to find a partner.

Exercise can do a whole load of good to your brain and body at the same time... The Endorphins that are produced by the body after we work out for at least 30 mins. gives a boost to our bodies as it acts as a natural pain killer and triggers a positive feeling in our body similar to morphine.. This feeling helps in having a more positive outlook on life and also helps become more confident.

Well all this is what i used to exercise for...!!! Now i what i call exercise is running after my 6 year old atomic powered child who runs or moves almost non-stop!!! Welcome to parenthood...!!!

I personally think that exercise can be done for any organism human have. Just have to understand outcomes.

Exercise of muscle can give outer look but exercise of brain can give inner power.
